Highland Remodeling provides tile installation, flooring, and remodeling services including but not limited to bath remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and related construction and installation work. Service availability, scope, and pricing are determined by estimate and agreement with you.

2. Estimates and Agreements

Estimates provided by us are valid for the period stated and are subject to change based on site conditions, scope changes, or other factors. A binding agreement is formed when you accept an estimate in the manner we specify (e.g., signed estimate or written acceptance). Payment terms and project schedule will be set forth in that agreement.

3. Payment

You agree to pay for all services and materials as set out in your agreement. We may require deposits or progress payments. Late payments may be subject to interest or other charges as permitted by law. Financing options may be available; terms will be provided separately.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our work as described in our warranty materials and in your project agreement. Warranties are in addition to any rights you have under applicable law. Claims under warranty must be made in writing within the warranty period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highland Remodeling’s liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, securing necessary permits or approvals where required, providing access to the work area, and ensuring the site is safe for our personnel. You agree not to interfere with the work except as reasonably necessary.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellation or significant changes to the project may be subject to terms set out in your agreement. We will work with you to accommodate reasonable changes where possible.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for information and contact purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair the site or our systems. Content on the site is subject to change without notice.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we perform the services. If any part of these terms is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
